I got a curly wig several years ago. I liked the wig very much. I needed to add hair to the wig because it thinned out and instead of purchasing a new wig I figured if just add more hair. They added curly hair to my wig and it knots up so much that it looks like I have a nest on my head. I went in several times to show and explain to them about it only to be blamed that it's my fault for not brushing it out properly. I explained that I had the wig for years before and never had this issue. It only started once the new hair was put in. Very disappointing.
I’ve had my hair pieces coloured here a few times now, and the results are always fantastic. The colour consistently comes out exactly how I want it. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I always feel confident leaving my pieces in their hands and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality colouring and great service.
