Why are your wigs more expensive?
Each wig is a bespoke creation, handmade in our on-site workshop by skilled artisans. We work with Caucasian and Slavic hair, the rarest and most sought-after in the world. Every bundle is hand-selected, every detail meticulously crafted, resulting in a wig that embodies authenticity, artistry, and lasting luxury.
Wigs start at $3,500, and toppers at $1,800
How long will my wig last?
With the proper care, our wigs are designed to be a lasting investment. On average, you can expect up to two years of beautiful wear. Just like fine garments or couture pieces, longevity depends on how often you wear it, the length of time, and the lifestyle activities you enjoy while in your wig.
What if I need adjustments after purchase?
We are proud to maintain every wig we create. For the first three months, all adjustments are complimentary.
Beyond that, our standard service fees apply.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes it is! We understand that life happens, and you may need to make changes to your scheduled consultation. In that case, please kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
Some locations may require a booking deposit, check your preferred location’s booking page for details.
What should I expect during my consultation?
Your consultation is a private, welcoming experience where our specialists take the time to understand your needs, answer your questions, and guide you through beautiful options. You will leave feeling informed, cared for, and confident about your next steps.
How long does the consultation take?
Each consultation is tailored to you, and typically lasts 30-45 minutes.
Will I be pressured to buy anything?
Never. Our consultations are designed to empower and educate you. We share options, answer questions, and guide you with care. The decision to move forward is always entirely yours.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You are welcome to bring one guest to share in the experience.
What if I decide I want to move forward?
If you fall in love with a ready wig, we can begin size adjustments and color consultations during your appointment. From there, we will schedule a personalized fitting. Every wig is cut and styled directly on your head, creating a true salon experience that feels as natural as your bio hair.
